Carolina is an award-winning director who began directing theatre at Chapman University in Orange, CA. She then directed for Blue Sphere Alliance before switching over to camera for various promo videos and a reality web-series called Urban Nature Man that was featured on Home and Family. She returned to theater with a Homeward-LA production at the Open Fist Theatre as well as worked on Teresa Huang’s (Avatar:The Last Airbender, SEAL team) hilarious new play Expectations featuring actors Elizabeth Ho Leonardo Nam, Elizabeth Pan, and Thomas Morinaka. Carolina completed her debut music video project, Hanalei I Ka Pilimoe by Kalani Pe'a which will enter festivals in 2025. Her award-winning narrative debut, a comedic short film called The Avon Lady, has just finished it's festival run garnering over 25 nominations and 13 festival wins including Best Film, Best Comedy, Best Short, and Best Director. She is currently developing two feature films this summer, The Vintner and Searching for Páz slated to shoot in Chile.
